Independent Accreditation for EU AI Act Compliance Offered
LONDON, 15 October 2025 – ISITC Europe CIC has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with AI compliance platform genbounty.com to provide independent AI audits for firms. This service will help create AI policies ensuring compliance and governance.
Gary Wright, Director of Industry Affairs and one of the founders of ISITC Europe, highlighted the significant growth and impact of AI in Capital Markets. He noted that while the EU AI Act provides clear compliance benchmarks, the UK FCA has yet to do so. He emphasised the importance of regulated firms understanding their AI usage in order to implement policies to protect customers and investors. He stated “ISITC Europe as a not-for profit community interest company will act as an independent resource for members to help manage their AI components and ensure compliance. Our Platinum members will get discounted access to the platform as an in-house tool or as an external resource together with access to verified AI testers and exclusive benefits including post-market monitoring insights, workshops and benchmarking reports offering a unique value. In addition, ISITC Europe will offer a public accreditation service for firms who wish to demonstrate compliance with the Act.”
