ISITC Europe establishes Working Groups to identify and create working forums to research, develop, advise and promote best practice guidelines, white paper commentary and solution identification in support of Operational Efficiency initiatives throughout the various regulatory and business workflows.
ISITC Europe supports the following working groups on behalf of its members:
Each Working Group is supported by a sponsoring ISITC Europe Leadership Group Executive and Working Group Chair.
The ISITC Europe membership is drawn from all aspects of the industry, including but not limited to Custodian Banks, Fund and Investment Management organisations, Brokers Dealers, Consultancies, Software, Hardware and Application Vendors, Industry Service Providers and individuals who operate on a contractual basis with firms or are part of an associate network. ISITC Europe also works closely with telecommunication network providers as well as other like-minded Industry Associations. As part of the canvassing and mind sharing activities, ISITC Europe also engages with Standards bodies, Regulatory entities and Governmental agencies.
Members may comprise named representatives from eligible participating corporations or eligible individuals registering directly with ISITC Europe. There is currently no limit to the number of persons from a single fully paid up member firm.
By spanning all parties to a transaction, ISITC Europe undertakes to collate information and host debates to assist in the education of industry participants to reduce operational risk and increase operational efficiency, implement industry-agreed standards across all processing aspects of a transaction, and recommend/endorse industry initiatives and codes of conduct supporting end-to-end Straight Through Processing (STP).
